Our client is a strong and dynamic company in the hospitality business - with a growing presence around the world. We are looking for a Director Recruiting to join the Operational headquarter in Basel, Switzerland.

Your role

​

In the role as Director Recruiting , you will be responsible for the

 

• design and implementation our client’s Recruiting strategy

• definition of the Employer Branding strategy and the way on how the company is positioned within the global labour market

• selection and management of a vast network of vendors

​

You will be
 

• responsible  for the implementation of the marketing/social media strategy and the definition and execution of channel strategy form a recruiting perspective

• part of the HR Leadership Team and report to the senior Vice President Human Resources

• leading a global team of approx. 20 recruiters

​

Your profile

​

• Bachelor or Master in HR or Business Administration

• Experience in global mass recruiting in the service industry; hospitality or cruise background preferred

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus

• Sound software and analytical skills

• Experience in leading several teams (up to 30 local and remote team members)

• Excellent organizational and communicational skills (incl. public speaking)

• Ability to work independently but yet a team player, service-oriented and guest & candidate focused

• Positive personality and great people judgement

• Open for new ideas, honest, critical, energetic and enthusiastic

Working location

Basel, Switzerland - travel within this position is up to 50 per cent worldwide.
