Workday / HRIS specialist

 

Be part of the HRIS support team, focused on Workday

The Challenge

  • As a member of a small team, the HRIS specialist takes over different system related tasks of the business department for the Workday application. He/she is gathering and analyzing business user requirements, and configures the system accordingly.

  • Providing professional first and second level support with high service orientation.

Your Experience

  • Background in configuration of HRIS functional or technical areas

  • Working experience in analyzing and designing HR processes

  • Competency in reporting (Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, primarily Excel)

  • Know-how of analyzing, designing and configuring software along with a strong client and quality orientation

  • Eager to learn and grow into the HRIS specialist position

  • Workday knowledge is a plus

  • fluent English both written and spoken, German an asset
